David C. Kramer grew up in New Mexico and is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts.  He is a magna cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Kramer was an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General where he focused on consumer protection matters and operated a program to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. Mr. Kramer’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on consumer rights and debtors’ rights. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (“NACA”) and provides affordable Chapter 7 bankruptcy services to consumers.
